Family Dispute Resolution & Parenting
Gold Coast Mediation Group is a specialist mediation & family dispute resolution service.
Our practitioners are tertiary & post-graduate qualified in Psychology & Social Work and have specialist training in Parenting, DFV (David Mandel Safe and Together), Mental Health, AOD & Complex Trauma. Our practitioners are registered with the Attorney General’s Department as FDRP’s & NMAS Mediators, and have extensive knowledge regarding the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia.
We complete comprehensive risk screening and assessments to understand your support needs and parenting goals so that your experience is tailored to the parties agenda.
Gold Coast Mediation Group will also support parties to draft a parenting plan or issue a Section 60I certficate.
Mediation & FDR
Fees
Fees are plus GST. Individual parties are responsible for their own costs. An additional copy of an issued s60i Certificate requested by the non-engaged party will incur a fee of $400 (plus GST).
Case Management & Consulting
Fees
Gold Coast Mediation Group offer specialist Case Management & Consulting appointments to support planning your parenting, business & property matters.
Specialist Case Management & Consulting appointments start at $150 (plus GST) per hour.
Gold Coast Mediation Group additionally offer professional & training services (conflict resolution), including FDRP supervision (at cost) & workplace presentations/trainings.
